BIOGRAPHY
Srđan Bekčić has extensive experience in the field of criminal law.
Throughout his professional career, he has worked on complex and high-profile cases, with a particular focus
on criminal offences against the economy and criminal offences committed in the course of
official duties, as well as proceedings involving the seizure of assets derived from criminal
activity.
In addition, he has substantial experience and expertise in the broader area of penal law as it
relates to business operations, including economic offences and misdemeanour law.
Srdjan is fluent in English.
