BIOGRAPHY
Vladimir Milošević is the principal of the firm. Prior to starting his own legal practice, he built his career within top-tier international law firms where he got specialized in advising national and international companies concerning cutting-edge commercial law issues with the focus on banking & finance and corporate matters.
Vladimir’s experience includes advising banks, financial institutions, and other lenders on a broad range of domestic and international finance transactions. In particular, Vladimir focuses on cross-border financing and refinancing, real estate investment and development, corporate finance and project finance. Additionally, Vladimir has a versatile track record in advising clients in corporate restructurings, mergers and acquisitions, corporate changes and a variety of other complex business transactions.
Vladimir graduated from the University of Belgrade School of Law and earned his LL.M. from Queen Mary University of London School of Law.
Vladimir is fluent in English.
