BIOGRAPHY
Lidija Marković is an attorney at the Milošević Law Firm and a Teaching Associate at the Faculty of Economics, University of Belgrade, where she teaches International Commercial Law. She is currently pursuing a PhD at the Faculty of Economics, University of Belgrade, in the field of strategic management.
Lidija specializes in corporate and construction law, with a particular focus on cross-border financing and refinancing, foreign investments, as well as real estate investments and development. She has further advanced her expertise in trade finance as a certificate holder for documentary credit specialists, under the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development Programme (EBRD TFP).
In addition, Lidija has experience in construction-related litigation and dispute resolution involving international elements.
She graduated from the Faculty of Law, University of Belgrade, as one of the top students of her generation. She is the recipient of the “Professor Slobodan Perović” Award at the 2025 Kopaonik School of Natural Law, as well as the Dositeja Scholarship in 2022 and 2023. She completed her LL.M. studies at the Faculty of Law, University of Belgrade, with a specialization in labour law. As part of her academic development, she participated in student mobility programmes, attending a summer school held in France at the University of Toulouse in 2023 and a winter school held in Italy at the University of Udine in 2025.
Lidija is fluent in English.
