BIOGRAPHY
Filip Tojić is a Senior Associate at Milosevic Law Firm. His practice is primarily focused on corporate law, where he advises clients on corporate governance and compliance matters. Filip is also engaged in tax advisory, banking, real estate matters, and drafting and reviewing various types of commercial contracts. In addition, he has experience in dispute resolution, representing clients in litigation and other proceedings.
Filip obtained his LL.B. from the University of Belgrade Faculty of Law, where he is currently pursuing his LL.M. in the field of Corporate Law. He is a member of the Belgrade Bar Association
Filip is fluent in English.
