The deadline for reviewing the model of filled tax return for the annual personal income tax for 2022 is 15 May 2023.
In reference to our previously published news that the Tax Administration has published a model of filled tax return for the annual personal income tax for 2022, which can be found at the link https://milosevic-law.com/a-model-of-a-filled-tax-return-for-the-annual-personal-income-tax-for-the-year-2022-has-been-published/, we additionally inform taxpayers to review the mentioned model of the tax return on the e-Porezi portal.
The Tax Administration has compiled the tax returns for the taxpayers in accordance with the data it possesses, so it is possible that some of the data may be incorrect, and therefore need to be supplemented or changed, for example, adding additional income, changing the number of family members, and similarly.
In this regard, taxpayers should perform the mentioned review and potential changes no later than 15 May 2023, after which the Tax Administration will consider that the taxpayer has reviewed and accepted the tax return.
