On the eGovernment portal, a new service is now available – a digital counter, electronic service that citizens and business entities can access to carry out procedures before government authorities without having to visit the authority’s registry office.
Specifically, this digital counter, named eOffice, allows the initiation of more than 2,000 different procedures conducted before public administration authorities. The eGovernment portal then forwards the request submitted via eOffice to the competent public administration authority. All further communication is conducted electronically, through which additional documentation is requested from the applicant if needed. Finally, the public administration authority delivers the decision or other requested document to the applicant in electronic form.
